Seward Alaska shuttle Bus service
Seward Cruise Ship Transportation
“Great Customer Service”
Reviewed September 9, 2011
I was
impressed with this company.
When we encountered some
glitches in our travel plans,
Ana the office manager, took
care of them swiftly and
efficiently. The company has a
great understanding of
travelers' needs and strives for
customer satisfaction. The
cruise lines charge three times
as much as the tour bus, which
includes a scenic stop and
interesting commentary along the
way. I would not hesitate to
recommend Alaska Cruise
Transfers and Tours.

We
really didn't know what to
expect from this trip except we
would be seeing scenery and have
a change to stop at a wilderness
park and receive a snack for a
more economical price than the
cruise lines charge. The bus was
very nice with and the driver
was very knowledgeable in
educating us about Alaska's
people, weather, economy,
history, and landscape. At one
point a recording was played to
educate us further on Alaska's
history, it could have been
louder and the recording could
have been crisper. The
wilderness stop was really
great, except it could have been
longer. There was not enough
time to see the whole complex.
However, overall for what we did
experience it was a great start
to our vacation.

“Excellent Customer Service, Fair prices, On time, Comfortable Transportation”

We are a family of 5 from Florida and saved a lot of money. I am happy to say that not only is Alaska Cruise Transfers and Tours is a Reputable Company but Ana their main contact is awesome. She answered all my questions and handled our transportation/ luggage from our Hotel- Holiday Inn Express in Anchorage to Port Whittier to board the Coral Princess on time and in a warm, clean, and comfortable Motor Coach.
Each Seat was taken, so book early. We took the 3 hour Tour and the stop at Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center was well worth it. Beyond the BBB even The Wildlife Center confirmed that Alaska Cruise Transfers and Tours have been bringing their passenger busses for more than several years. I am a cautious person and know this because I always check things out thoroughly. Pam Perez

“Good service”
Reviewed June 14, 2011
I came off a cruise and didn't want to pay the exorbitant price the cruise ship charged for a transfer from Whittier to Anchorage. I googled and found this company, but no real reviews (everyone who has reviewed this company has only written one review on this site, kinda fishy). So I took a chance and booked the three hour wildlife tour anyways. The bus was actually full with about 52 people. It was on time at the cruise terminal. The driver (I forget his name, but he drives school buses during the year) provided good commentary. We stopped at the conservation center for about 45 minutes. That wasn't long enough. An hour probably would've been better. There was, however, no tour of Anchorage unless you count driving around the downtown area dropping people off. All in all, I was pleased with the service. I would use it again if I needed a transfer from Whittier.

“On Time, Interesting Stops, Not a Shuttle”
Reviewed February 14, 2011
I chose this Alaska Cruise Transfers for my party from a web search. The web site and quick and courteous email response was encouraging, and the cost per person was less than the cruise-ship company price. I was relieved when the driver arrived at our hotel at 1 pm on August 28, 2010, for the 65-mile trip from Whittier to Anchorage. It was more than just a transfer. We stopped along the way at three interesting places: a whale watching spot off the highway, a animal refuge where we got up close to magnificent animals, and a small state museum with high-tech exhibits. The small bus carrying some two dozen passengers was reasonably comfortable and easy to climb in and out of. The driver was in touch with the office by cell phone when necessary. He was amiable and answered questions about living in Alaska for us first-time visitors. Soon we were at the amazing tunnel drilled through the mountain that took us to the shores of Prince William Sound and our ship, with time to spare. It was a nice start to our adventure.

“Excellent service, reliable and cheaper than cruise transfer.”
Reviewed July 25, 2010
My family and I (a party of 9 people) recently vacationed on a Princess cruise leaving from Whittier, Alaska. We planned our own land portion prior to the cruise and needed to make arrangements for our transfer from Anchorage to Whittier after dropping off our car rental at the airport. The transfers through Princess would have cost us $54.00/person. Instead, we opted to use Alaska Cruise Transfers and Tours at a cost of $32.00/ person. Because we were unable to make the 1:15 PM time that their shuttle service usually departs, Ana (the person I dealt with) arranged for a special pick up for us and called me several times to make sure of the time that we would be back at the airport and ready for our pick up. The driver was right on time and was friendly, courteous and professional. He even pointed out interesting sights during the drive. I would highly recommend using this company. We were able to save some money and got excellent, reliable service.
