Alaska Cruise Transportation Terms and Conditions

1. Privacy Policy

All information that you provide to us is confidential. We do not sell lists or give out your information to anybody. We will never give out customer information without the customer’s express consent.

2. Cancellation Policy (Shared Bus Service Reservations)

You can book early, lock in early-bird prices, and change or cancel your booking for any reason with no penalties up until 45 days prior to travel. Regular prices are usually higher closer to the travel date and seats are limited.

Our family-friendly policy allows a full refund due to serious incidents—limited to medical emergencies, family emergencies, and/or missing the cruise ship due to inability to enter the country because of customs problems—even within 45 days of travel.

Charges and Cancellation Dates for Shared Bus Service

Cancellations/changes must be submitted in writing to info@alaskacruisetransfer.com (no phone/voicemail to avoid errors). The following penalties apply:

• 10% fee between 45 and 31 days prior to travel
• 50% fee between 30 and 15 days prior to travel
• Non-refundable within 14 days of travel
• Medical emergencies are exempt and refundable at any time (for the person who is sick and their immediate family)

Payment and Deposit Policy

• No payment required before January 1 of your travel year; after that we will charge your card.
• If the balance is less than $250, we charge the full amount at reservation; otherwise you may pay a 30% deposit.
• The remaining balance will be automatically charged within 45 days prior to your transfer.
• We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Private Bus Reservations

• 30% deposit at booking, refundable up to 60 days prior to travel.
• Remaining 70% charged 30 days prior to travel.
• Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.

Special Arrangements or Circumstances

Please let us know if you require special arrangements—we’ll try to accommodate. We are not responsible and will not issue refunds for services delayed or not rendered due to airlines or cruise line non-performance, severe weather, acts of terrorism, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Alaska Cruise Transportation or its employees, directors, agents, or representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or other damages arising out of the use of our service, any inability to use the service, or any goods/services discussed or obtained through the service—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
